Cancellation Policy

Private sessions must be cancelled or rescheduled no later than 48-hours before the lesson. Private may still be rescheduled between 48-24 hours before, for a $25 rescheduling fee. No lessons will be refunded or rescheduled with less than 24-hours notice, unless there is a documented emergency. High School Prep plans may be cancelled for a 75% refund up until September 5th, 2023. Students who wish to cancel their plan after that time may receive a prorated refund. Private sessions booked as part of the High School Prep course abide by the private session cancellation policies outlined above.
